Part-time Description
Customer Service Representatives play an important role in creating the Bravo Customer Service experience at Heid Music. This part-time position supports the store team by welcoming customers, assisting with basic sales and rental transactions, and helping maintain an organized and inviting store environment.
Key Responsibilities
Create a positive first impression for every customer following the Bravo Customer Service model.
Greet and assist customers in person, on the phone, via text support (Podium).
Help customers find music, accessories, and beginner instruments, referring them to specialists when needed.
Support the rental process by preparing and organizing rental instruments and paperwork.
Handle basic sales transactions accurately and courteously.
Help maintain clean and attractive displays throughout the store.
Restock shelves, label products, and assist with tagging instruments and accessories.
Help with cleaning of instruments and tuning for optimal playing condition and appearance.
Support preparation for events and promotions, including setup and cleanup.
Assist with daily opening and closing routines as directed.
Maintain a welcoming and organized workspace.
Collaborate with teammates and leaders to uphold Heid Music's Core Values in all customer and team interactions.
Work Environment
This position involves standing and walking for extended periods, light lifting (up to 40 lbs.), and occasional tasks such as stocking shelves or setting up displays. The environment is friendly, team-oriented, and centered around serving musicians and music educators.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Age 16 or older.

Adhere to all company guidelines, policies and programs and sets a positive example.
Understand, execute and train all cash-handling and reporting functions.
Process all register functions and ensure they are followed in the store.
Ensure the store is secured and respond to any alarms as directed.
Ensure the safety of employees and customers and communicate concerns to Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

As a Warehouse Associate at Duluth Trading Company, you may perform a variety of tasks:
Accurately pick and pack merchandise for online customer orders
Accurately move product throughout the facility
Replenish primary warehouse bin locations as needed to meet customer service levels
Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive work environment
In order to be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
Successful candidates do not require previous distribution/warehouse experience to qualify
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Walk or stand for your entire work shift
Lift 30 lbs. on average, 40 lbs. frequently, and 50 lbs. occasionally
Frequently reach, twist, and bend in multiple directions, including continuous arm, hand, and wrist movements
Push/pull a cart and/or pallet of up to five hundred pounds
Fluctuating warehouse noise level and temperature
Candidates are subject to pre-employment background checks.
Candidates hired for safety-sensitive positions must comply with pre-employment drug testing requirements.

Compensation: $17.00/hour
PEAK HOLIDAY PREMIUM: An additional $1/hour between November 24th to December 21st

As an Equipment Operator, a typical day might include the following. If this sounds interesting, and you are someone who pokes average in the eye we want to hear from you!
Drug Screen & Background Check Required
Ability to reach above head to lift 30lb boxes
Requires loading/unloading small vans up to 53 foot trailers
Routine and regular raising lifts to remove or add boxes/containers to racking system to up to 30ft in height
Adherence to all safety policies and procedures
Safely operate moving equipment to add/remove stock
Accurately and efficiently restock primary picking bins from bulk locations using RF equipment
Move received merchandise from the staging area to bulk locations using RF equipment
Perform duties of the Receiving, Replenishing, or Inventory Control departments (including cycle counting when necessary)
Perform return merchandise put away in the primary and special picking locations
Will be expected to work in other areas of the warehouse during downtime in the replenishing and receiving areas
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

The Seasonal Inventory Analyst role is responsible for cycle counting our primary, reserve, and emergency pick locations (EPL) daily. They utilize their knowledge of the Warehouse Management System to investigate inventory discrepancies and reconcile balances. They assist in the slotting of SKUs to primary locations as needed. They identify opportunities for improving inventory accuracy and process efficiency.

As a Seasonal Inventory Analyst at Duluth Trading Company, you may perform a variety of tasks:
Cycle count primary, reserve, and EPL locations, and put away miss picked items. Recount primary locations as needed
Assist with SKU slotting and inventory profiling
Perform special requests as needed by the operation, including In/Out forms, Ad-Hoc reports, location maintenance, and discrepancy investigations
Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive work environment
In order to be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
Drug Screen & Background Check Required
Forklift certification required
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Advanced problem-solving skills
Team Player -willing and able to help others
Detail orientated position with high-level of accuracy
Basic computer skills including Excel/Google Sheets
WMS Experience preferred
Comfortable learning new systems/tools
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Adaptable working in a fast-paced environment, with rapidly changing priorities
Ability to identify process improvements and implementation
Sitting is required 60% of working hours
Standing is required 40% of working hours
Occasional reaching, twisting, and bending
The average weight of lifting is 25 lbs., Frequently lifting 40 lbs., and occasionally lifting to 70 lbs with a partner
Ability to perform work in tight quarter workstations
Push/pull a picking cart and/or pallet of up to five hundred pounds
Work in temperatures ranging from 50 - 95 degrees
The ability to walk long distances
