Job Description
We are currently seeking a Lead HVAC Install Technician to join our growing team. The HVAC Installer will be responsible for completing installation services within customers' residences. The Lead HVAC Installer is responsible for providing excellent customer service while ensuring that projects are completed on time according to company standards.
As a Lead HVAC Installer, you will:
Install heating and air conditioning equipment and other products per company requirements and manufacturer specifications.
Provide project leadership with less experienced HVAC install apprentices to complete projects.
Ensure safety for self and team members
Works under minimum supervision to install HVAC equipment in the customer's home.
Completes all paperwork accurately and on time.
Provide exceptional customer service. Able to interact with the homeowners while completing installations; ensure customers understand how to utilize their newly installed systems.
Offer additional add-on options, such as in-Door Air Quality products such as filters, humidifiers, and surge protectors.
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 2+ years in HVAC installation experience in the field
Proficient in HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork system
Demonstrated ability to build and transition duct work, install indoor/outdoor units, braze and solder
Ability to lead and coach apprentices on projects
Knowledge of HVAC parts and their functions
Exceptional Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices, and surroundings
EPA 2 Certification Required Universal is Preferred. Nate Certified is a Bonus.
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record

C. Revenue, Reservations & Finances
Rate Strategy & Revenue Management: Participates in Revenue Management meetings to maximize room revenue. Communicates and enforces established rate and inventory strategies, including the two-night minimum for weekend stays.
Financial Integrity: Manages cash handling procedures. Reviews Night Audit Reports and the Shift Log daily to ensure revenue accuracy and follow up on discrepancies. Ensures all weekend reservations have the required one-night deposit.
Group Management: Manages group rooming lists and maintains the group resume binder.
D. Property Standards
Maintenance & Cleanliness: Prints Maintenance Papers (Work Orders, OOO Reports) and ensures timely follow-up. Works directly with the Housekeeping Manager to coordinate Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs and ensure cleanliness standards are exceeded.
Local Expertise: Maintains a well-informed working knowledge of competing properties and attractions available in Butler County.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of hotel front office/supervisory experience.
Must be 18 years of age or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Fluent knowledge of the English language.

**Requirements:**
+ BS in Engineering or similar, or equivalent experience.
+ 10+ Years of Industrial Automation experience in a manufacturing environment.
+ 5+ years of processing and/or packaging project-based experience.
+ Extensive PLC programming experience is requiredwith Allen-Bradley systems; Siemens, B&R, and Beckhoff experience and knowledge preferred.
+ Good command of current systems and components as well as industry trends and next-generation technology.
+ Good working knowledge of SCADA systems, preferably GE iFix and and/or Ignition.
+ Good understanding of electrical components and best practices used in packaging equipment and manufacturing
+ Good working knowledge of variable speed and servo drivesand robotic control systems (preferably Fanuc).
+ Possess a good understanding of computer and industrial networks including databases.
+ Ability to effectively perform in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
+ GE Plant Applications experience a plus.
+ Preferred experience with coffee processing and packaging equipment including roasters, grinders, blenders, conveyance, palletizing and primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging. Experience with liquidprocesses a plus.
+ Bilingual in English and German or Italian a plus.

What is a Vet Assistant?
This position is responsible for maintaining the test barn area and assist in other state required testing duties. The position requires the ability to work week day nights, weekends, and holidays. In addition, the position requires working and handling race horses, and working in extreme outdoor and weather conditions.
Some duties include:
Cleaning and preparing test barn and stalls before, during, and after each race
Accompanying and facilitating movement of horses within the test barn to required testing stalls and other areas
Overseeing bathing of horses following each race
Filling water buckets
Assisting with office clean up and stocking of supplies
Assisting with required TCO2 testing
