RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify, load and scan all batches Load parts in autoclaves baskets using specific orientation per the PEI. Load and unload baskets in autoclaves using crane and torque wrench. Start, Drain and stop autoclave vessels. React per SOP to alarm conditions and contact necessary personnel based on specific alarms. Place autoclave baskets in holding tank for Washout personnel. Assist Washout with timely turnaround. Verification of parts to paperwork. Must wear required PPE at all times. Autoclave traceability maintained through paperwork verification. Record information in Lot Control. Comply with all applicable Standard Operating Procedures. Perform all other duties as assigned by Supervision. QUALIFICATIONS: Must pay close attention to detail Must show ability to follow detailed procedures reliably. Be able to meet daily production goals. Ability to work in a team environment.
