Hire Resolve is assisting petrochemical organizations in hiring experienced petrochemical professionals to support refinery, chemical, and downstream manufacturing operations across the United States. This is a multi-role opportunity spanning several functions within the sector-such as plant operations, process and project engineering, reliability and maintenance, EHS/PSM, quality, supply chain, and commercial/technical services. These openings are designed for mid- to senior-level talent and offer a clear pathway toward senior leadership roles, including superintendent, plant/area manager, engineering manager, and regional leadership positions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and optimize safe, efficient plant operations across continuous and batch processes, utilities, and supporting units
Drive process improvements, debottlenecking, yield optimization, energy efficiency, and cost reduction initiatives
Support or lead capital projects from scope definition through execution, commissioning, and handover (FEL/front-end planning through start-up)
Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and operating envelopes (P&IDs, SOPs, MOCs, PSM elements, etc.)
Strengthen reliability programs including preventive/predictive maintenance, RCA, turnaround planning, and asset integrity strategies
Ensure compliance with OSHA process safety management (PSM), EPA risk management expectations (where applicable), and site EHS programs
Implement risk assessments and safe work systems (PHA/HAZOP participation, JSA, LOTO, contractor safety oversight)
Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders (operations, maintenance, engineering, labs, contractors, vendors) to deliver site goals
Monitor KPIs and performance dashboards for safety, production, quality, reliability, and budget adherence
Support audits and inspections; coordinate corrective actions and continuous improvement plans
Contribute to talent development through coaching, training plans, and succession planning within operations and technical teams
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline (advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus)
Typically 7-15+ years of experience in petrochemical, refining, specialty chemicals, polymers, industrial gases, or adjacent process manufacturing environments
Working knowledge of core petrochemical processes and plant systems, with demonstrated exposure to one or more functional tracks (operations leadership, process engineering, reliability, maintenance, EHS/PSM, projects, quality, or commercial/technical support)
Familiarity with U.S. safety and compliance expectations (OSHA, PSM, LOTO, contractor safety; EPA and DOT awareness depending on role/site)
Competency with common engineering and maintenance systems (e.g., SAP/Maximo, PI System or similar historians, MOC/PSM tools, CMMS, basic data analysis in Excel)
Strong communication skills for plant-floor execution and cross-functional leadership; able to document, present, and influence stakeholders
Ability to work onsite in an industrial environment; some roles may require shift coverage, on-call rotation, or travel depending on site needs

Protiviti is looking for a Technology Consulting Senior Manager to join our growing Oracle team.
What You Can Expect
As a Senior Manager, you'll partner with our clients to identify and manage risk. You'll develop strategies to solve complex business problems using new ways of thinking, and devise solutions to support your clients' needs through using the latest tools and methods. You'll develop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery. You'll foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market. You will also be a mentor and provide performance development to teams as you oversee the successful completion of project work plans.
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Manager to lead Oracle Cloud Finance transformations for mid-market and enterprise clients in industrial manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution. You will own functional design and delivery of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (OTC), and Record-to-Report (R2R) workstreams, with emphasis on complex project accounting, intercompany, and multi-entity consolidations. This is a player-coach role: you will blueprint solutions, drive client workshops, rescue at-risk streams, and mentor the finance practice.

Demonstrated experience with Oracle Cloud Financial modules:
+ Lead fit-gap, CRP, and UAT for P2P (Purchasing, Payables, Expenses, Sourcing), OTC (OM, Advanced Pricing, AR, Collections, Credit), and R2R (GL, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Intercompany)
+ Experience with guiding and assisting clients through all phases of Oracle Cloud Financials implementation .
+ Experience in configuring and implementing Oracle Cloud Financial solutions.
+ Successful completion of an end-to-end implementation in Oracle Cloud Financials.
+ Ability to identify and apply creative and innovative approaches to resolving product implementation and integration obstacles.
+ Manage $5-10M finance workstreams within larger Oracle Cloud programs; achieve 90%+ on-time / on-budget delivery
+ Advise C-suite on finance best practices in discrete manufacturing (machinery, equipment, aerospace/defense), process manufacturing, and 3PL/4PL distribution, including project-driven revenue recognition (ASC 606/IFRS 15)
+ E nforce OUM and agile-hybrid methods; develop accelerators for project costing, revenue automation, and multi-GAAP reporting
+ Diagnose and remediate troubled finance streams; align with SCM and manufacturing leads on ETO/CTO cost flows
+ Scope finance modules in $3M-$12M deals; present ROI models and demo OTC/P2P integrations .
+ Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams include conducting performance appraisals, mentoring and coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.
Your Educational and Professional Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline ( e.g., MIS, CIS, Accounting ).
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.
+ 7 + years Oracle ERP finance implementations; 4+ years leading Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Finance as Stream Lead or Principal Consultant
+ Multiple full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud Finance go-lives in industrial manufacturing with integrated P2P and OTC (Fusion SCM touchpoints required )
Deep process expertise in:
+ Procure-to-Pay (PO, AP, iProc , Sourcing, Supplier Portal)
+ Order-to-Cash (OM, Pricing, AR, Advanced Collections, Revenue Management)
+ Project Portfolio Management (PPM) integration for project costing and billing
+ Multi-entity GL, intercompany AGIS, and consolidations
+ Proven rescue of at least one distressed finance workstream ($3M+)
+ Oracle Cloud Finance certifications (Financials, PPM, or Platform)
Preferred :
+ CPA or equivalent
+ Prior Big 4 or consultancy experience (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, Accenture, Infosys, etc.)
+ Hands-on experience with Plan-to-Perform: Oracle FCCS, ePBCS , or ARCS for budgeting, forecasting, and close automation

Desired Skills/Experience:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-tempo environment
Proven adaptability and ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing and workflow management tools
Proficiency with Google Workspace
Basic SQL skills preferred, including filtering and querying data to support operational reporting and analysis
Solid operational communication skills, with the ability to distill technical information for broader audiences
Ability to gather requirements and support automation or process optimization initiatives
Background in operations-focused roles with exposure to technical environments
Candidates may have previously held roles such as: Service Desk Operations, Support Operations, Site Operations or IT Operations

The approximate pay range for this position is between $18.55 and $26.50. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
