About the role
As a Workday Consultant, you will be responsible for a range of activities including:
Working closely with the client to understand business requirements and designing, building, configuring and testing the Workday solution to meet these requirements Playing an active role in your area of expertise, a point of reference for sharing knowledge and information with colleagues, collaborating to improve internal capability, including training and mentoring of new team members Establishing and maintaining strong and constructive client relationships Understanding and applying Workday and Alight methodologies Contributing to high client satisfaction through a high standard of client service Working across multiple concurrent projects Keeping up to date with latest HCM thinking, tools and techniques in your area of expertise and drawing upon this knowledge to ensure delivery of outstanding results.

Job DescriptionClass A drivers run dedicated account-running two weeks in Jonesville (where driver will get home weekly) and two weeks out of Bethel Pa (where driver gets 34 hour reset in Bethel and an additional 34 hour reset when back in Jonesville). Also driver gets a $500/WK bonus while running in Bethel which makes weekly average in Bethel of $2300 and top earners make $2800/WKDrivers assigned to tractors after completing 1 week paid ride along with a current driver
Jonesville drivers will run two weeks out of Jonesville and be home weekly for their 34 hour rest.
After two weeks in Jonesville drivers will operate in Bethel PA for two weeks. Drivers will have 34 hour reset while in Bethel and then get an additional 34 hour reset when back in Jonesville.
Average weekly pay is $1700 with top earners making $2300/WK & guaranteed minimum of $1100/WK
While in Bethel drivers will earn a $500 weekly bonus – making their average weekly pay $2300-$2800 but still have a weekly minimum of $1100 in case of weather, truck issues or anything else that prevents you from running during that week
$6000 sign on bonus that is paid out as follows:
$1K at 1 Month
$2K at 3 Months
$3K at 6 Months
While operating out Jonesville drivers will run SC, GA, NC, TN, VA, KY - all within a 350 mile radius of Jonesville
Operating in NY, PA, DE, PA, VA & MD all within 250 miles of hub Bethel, PA
Driver is paid CPM, Stop Pay and Trailer pay with CPM up to .55CPM, $125-$150/Trailer unload pay (Trailer Unloads 1-4 pay $125 and 5+ pay $150) and $25/Stop
Driver and pet allowed as soon as driver completes training which takes 4 days and is paid $150/Load
Benefits (including 1 week PTO after 1st yr, 2 wks after 2 yrs and 3 wks after 7 yrs) medical, dental, 401K and More
Please note that this is 100% touch. Driver will take rolltainers into store (drivers do not unload the rolltainers store personnel do that) and take empties back to truck. Utilize lift gate to take rolltainers off and put back onto the truck. Qualifications:

3 months verifiable Class A driving experience in the last 36 months No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years and no more than 2 in the last 12 months No more than 4 incidents in the last 3 years No more than two DOT Recordable Preventable in the last 3 years (may NOT have an accident of a U-Turn in CMV in the last 24 months and no fatalities in the last 5 years For major moving violations (15+, following too close, reckless/careless) no more than one in the last 12 months Can never failed a DOT drug or alcohol test – not taking SAP Max number of jobs based on experience: 6-12 months no more than 5 jobs in the last 36 months 12-24 months no more than 7 jobs in the last 36 months 24+ no more than 9 jobs in the last 36 months
