Pros of working at Hy-Tek Material Handling

A relaxed and hands off approach by management as long as you work hard. I have never felt micromanaged and have been exposed to countless opportunities to gain experience outside of my department. Everyone here is friendly and willing to help you out.

Sometimes there is a lack of communication within the company. More of an old school company culture.
