Develop and manage contract schedules, out-year planning, and POM budgets. Ensure compliance through planning and program oversight activities. Maintain familiarity with DoD standards and regulations, including FAR, DFAR, and OPM requirements. Supervise and/or mentor junior personnel in the field. Desired Experience: A minimum of ten (10) years of direct work experience involving the use of IT to develop and/or integrate complex data systems. Experience must include at least three (3) of the following five (5) functional areas: Requirements analysis Knowledge analysis Project management procedures (including out-year budgeting across OMN, FMS, OPN, SCN, and RDT&E) Development of contract schedules, out-year planning, and POM budgets Compliance planning and program planning Experience must also reflect demonstrated supervision or mentoring of less experienced personnel.
