Job Summary To serve the administrative requirements of internal and external customers, and management staff. Reports to Department Supervisor Duties/Responsibilities Order/Job entry * Read and verify information upon receipt of customer purchase order or process request. Contact customer regarding incomplete information * Due date, shipping address, shipping method, part #, Revision level, Job #, Heat #, lot #, Serial #'s etc. * Match all previously received or on file purchase orders to corresponding jobs when received. * Provide relevant information to shipping and receiving to properly identify customer parts. * Assists Shipping and Receiving operations as required to ensure smooth flow of paperwork to Quality Planning. * Initiate new part setup and enter in the scanning operations. * Create jobs for all customer processing requests. Prepare and distribute completed job packet. Shipping/Certification process * Review Job Traveler that all required sign-offs have been recorded by shop floor, maintain a log of missed sign-offs. * Prepare the certification, verify shipping address and method, facilitate getting the certification signed. * Create all shipping documents and prepare all outbound paperwork for shipping and receiving. * Schedule all truck lines. * After jobs have been picked up, match the job packets with proof of delivery, scan and file when needed and prepare job packet to move to pricing. Invoicing * Prepare, and issue invoices, account statements, and post to general ledger according to established procedures and assist in month end closing. * Scanning of all job packets into Document Management System , schedule pickups, and order supplies for the filing process. JOB SUMMARY The Waste Treatment Operator at Imagineering Enterprises, Inc, has the functional responsibility for Wastewater Treatment , Hazardous, and Non-Hazardous Waste Operations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Operate wastewater treatment system to meet requirements of permit and service the needs of production * Maintain readiness of wastewater equipment at all times. Be knowledgeable of, and be able to communicate instructions for, proper segregation of all wastestreams. Strong communication and coordination of wastewater activities with Process Engineers and other production personnel is required. * Assist in completion of all sampling requirements, and preparation for hazardous waste, non-hazardous waste and recycled material pick-ups. This includes scheduling disposal, calling in the pick-ups, labeling, and preparing manifests as needed. * Maintain and inspect 90-day storage areas and satellite accumulations area weekly. * Work with maintenance department to maintain and improve waste treatment equipment. * Perform tasks associated with the department, including documentation (and maintenance if required) of tasks performed. * Assist in spill prevention, control, and cleanup. * Perform lab responsibilities such as waste water testing, lab upkeep, chemical inventorying, collecting samples, Chain of Custody's, and other tasks as specified by the EHS Manager or his designee. * Must be able to adhere to all safety standards and regulations MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education * HS Diploma, Associates degree or wastewater certification preferred * Holds or is working to obtain IDEM wastewater license Experience * 1 - 2 years of experience in wastewater treatment. Overview: The Director of Finance is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the company's financial activities, ensuring fiscal responsibility, profitability, and sustainable growth. This position provides financial insights to senior leadership and oversees all financial planning, reporting, and compliance functions. A strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures, capital investment, and operational efficiencies within the metal finishing industry is preferred. Responsibilities * Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals to drive profitability and efficiency. * Serve as a key advisor to the executive team on financial planning, risk management, and business growth initiatives. * Lead long-term financial forecasting, capital planning, and investment analysis. * Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements. * Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders. * Work with auditors, tax professionals, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance. * Develop annual budgets, financial models, and multi-year forecasts in partnership with department heads. * Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for cost control. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency and financial health. * Optimize cash flow management strategies to support working capital and investment needs. * Oversee banking relationships, debt financing, and capital investment strategies. * Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets. * Assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. * Work closely with operations leadership to enhance cost efficiency, pricing strategies, and production financials. * Support mergers, acquisitions, or expansions with financial due diligence. * Provide leadership and mentorship to the Controller and accounting team. * Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred. * 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a manufacturing or metal finishing environment. * Strong knowledge of cost accounting, capital investment, and operational finance. * Expertise in ERP systems and financial reporting software. Experience in Epicor a plus. * Demonstrated success in leading finance teams and partnering with executive leadership. * Excellent analytical, communication, and strategic decision-making skills. Preferred Skills & Industry Knowledge: * Understanding of metal finishing processes, supply chain finance, and capital expenditures. * Experience with lean manufacturing principles and cost-reduction strategies. * Knowledge of environmental regulations impacting metal finishing operations. Physical Requirements: * Prolonged periods of remaining stationary at a desk and working on a computer and talking on a phone. * Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times. Overview The People & Culture Manager is responsible for leading day-to-day P&C operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistent application of people practices, compliance, and employee relations standards. This role serves as the first point of escalation for employee relations matters, supervises the People & Culture team, and partners closely with the Director of People & Culture to support a high-performing, engaged, and compliant workforce. Key Responsibilities Employee Relations & P&C Operations * Oversee day-to-day People & Culture operations across multiple sites, ensuring consistent application of policies, procedures, and employment practices. * Coach and mentor People & Culture Generalists and Assistants, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, documentation, and compliance. * Serve as the escalation point for mid-level employee relations matters, including performance concerns, interpersonal conflicts, attendance issues, and policy violations. * Partner with site and functional leadership to address workforce challenges, ensuring timely, fair, and well-documented resolutions. * Reinforce manager accountability by coaching leaders on handling first-line employee issues and appropriate escalation. Recruitment & Workforce Planning * Lead and coordinate recruitment efforts across locations, including oversight of full-cycle recruiting activities, interviewing practices, and onboarding execution. * Partner with the Director on workforce planning, headcount changes, and talent acquisition strategies aligned with operational needs. * Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of staffing, hiring, and turnover metrics. Compliance, Policy & Risk Management * Lead employee relations efforts, including investigations, conflict resolution, corrective action, and terminations. * Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple locations and EINs. * Oversee development, maintenance, and execution of the company's Affirmative Action Plan (AAP), including coordination with external vendors as applicable. * Manage and submit required compliance reporting, including EEO-1 filings, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to deadlines. * Monitor adherence to company policies and procedures, supporting Generalists with interpretation and consistent application. * Oversee HR documentation practices and personnel recordkeeping across all sites. Training & Development Support * Help identify training needs and coordinate leadership and employee development programs. * Support coaching, succession planning, and professional growth initiatives. * Partner with Training & Development and site leadership to implement required compliance training * Support leadership development, onboarding programs, and manager training efforts through coordination and execution. Culture & Engagement * Promote a positive, consistent workplace culture aligned with organizational values and business objectives. * Partner with the Director to support engagement initiatives, survey execution, and follow-up actions. * Help maintain clear and consistent employee communications across locations. Reporting & Analytics * Provide regular HR metrics and analysis to leadership, including workforce trends, turnover, engagement data, and compliance reporting. * Use data insights to identify risks, improvement opportunities, and operational needs. * Support the Director in people strategy planning through accurate reporting and operational insights. Qualifications & Skills * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field required; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered. * Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) preferred. * 5-7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including direct supervision or mentoring of HR staff. * Strong employee relations experience in a multi-site environment. * Working knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and required government reporting (including EEO-1). * Experience supporting or administering Affirmative Action Plans strongly preferred. * Manufacturing, industrial, or multi-state environment experience preferred. * Proven ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism in sensitive situations. * Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to balance operational execution with continuous process improvement in a fast-paced environment. * Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading through change. Travel Requirements * Occasional travel to other locations (approximately monthly to Indianapolis and weekly to Niles, MI).
