    Second Shift (2:30pm-10:30pm) Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician AMSOIL INC. has an exciting opportunity as an Industrial Maintenance Technician. The Industrial Maintenance Technician position is a highly skilled role responsible for leading and performing complex maintenance activities, troubleshooting advanced equipment issues, and training maintenance technicians. This role ensures equipment uptime and reliability, minimizing production downtime and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the facility. This position has a work schedule of Monday through Friday from 2:30pm to 10:30pm (with occasional overtime) and reports onsite to the AMSOIL Center located in Superior, Wisconsin. Since this is a 2nd shift position it will include a $2 per hour shift differential. Core Responsibilities: Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatics and control systems. Assist with root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence. Interpret machine schematics, blueprints, manuals, and other technical documents to resolve complex machine issues. Develop and execute preventative maintenance schedules for critical assets. Utilize predictive tools to identify potential failures in equipment or machinery. Recommend upgrades or replacements based on lifecycle analysis and performance/downtime data Provide technical guidance and training for Maintenance Technicians as a subject matter expert. Collaborate with Process Engineering, Operations, Safety and Quality on equipment modifications and reliability improvements. Support capital projects, equipment installation and commissioning activities. Maintain and improve CMMS data accuracy and usage. Work in a safe manner and follow AMSOIL safety procedures. Comply with AMSOIL, State and Federal procedures for safety and environmental compliance. Report all safety and quality issues in a timely fashion, escalating as needed. Support continuous improvement projects as needed.
