Key Responsibilities:
System Maintenance:
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, flue pipes, water lines, burner systems, air compressors, and hydraulic systems.
Piping & Valve Maintenance:
Install, maintain, and repair piping systems throughout the facility.
Maintain and repair valves, hoses, fittings, bearings, gauges, and meters.
Welding & Fabrication:
Weld and repair carbon and stainless steel components to meet AWS D1.1 standards.
Layout and fabricate mechanical components from blueprints or sketches.
Troubleshooting & Problem Solving:
Lead troubleshooting efforts for mechanical and electrical failures, ensuring swift and accurate resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems for digital printers integrated with corrugating machinery.
Provide emergency support and preventative maintenance services.
Diagnose and resolve electrical and PLC-related issues using schematics and diagnostic tools.
Communicate effectively with customers and document service visits.
Make travel arrangements and complete service reports, timesheets, and expense reports promptly.
Follow safety standards for machine activation and shutdown.
What We're Looking For:
Industrial Electrician background with strong PLC programming and troubleshooting experience.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
Hands-on experience with Siemens S7, TIA Portal, and drive/control technology.
Familiarity with servos, drives, and process control systems.
Comfortable using diagnostic tools (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.).
Willingness to travel up to 75%.
Ability to learn proprietary software and digital print systems (training provided).
Physical ability to work in industrial environments (lifting 30 lbs, climbing ladders, working in hot/cold conditions).
Nice to Have:
Experience with Beckhoff, Bosch Rexroth IndraWorks DS, or E-Plan.
Prior field service or maintenance engineering experience.
Corrugating machinery experience is a plus.
