Perform preventative maintenance tasks in accordance with the Preventative Maintenance Program Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electromechanical systems, including motors, sensors, and control systems Conduct routine inspections and testing of equipment to identify potential issues and perform necessary repairs Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately in compliance with company protocols Maintain a safe and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies Ability to complete routine assignments without direct supervision. Perform additional duties as assigned. Required/Preferred Qualifications Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical principles and systems Hands-on experience with basic tools and diagnostic equipment Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn Experience with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and basic programming knowledge Technical Skills Proficiency in using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools Understanding of motor control systems and circuit design Basic knowledge of automation technologies Soft Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US markets. The base pay range for this position is $27.00 to $35.00. This range is based on relevant market data in our lowest and highest geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, experience and skillset. Westlake is a total compensation company.
