Primary Responsibilities / Experience
* Provide Server Administration Support. Contractor shall operate, maintain, and administer the 690 ISS Windows and UNIX servers and network core services.
* Install, operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with servers, workstations, patches, and applications of current and future product enhancements such as Windows and UNIX Operating Systems (OS), Storage Area Networks (SANs), VMware virtual environment, and other technologies. The Contractor shall also operate and maintain network backup functions using SAN hardware and software. See Appendix C for a sample of local network environment. (CDRL A004).
* Track all assigned work and workflow in Government designated software. (CDRL A003).
* Provide knowledge and guidance on Windows and Solaris/UNIX operating systems to the 690 ISS Government technicians.
Required:
* Security+CE
NOTE:
* Applicant selected for this position must have a current U.S. DoD security clearance.
* U.S. Citizenship required.
* Chosen applicants will be required to pass pre-employment drug screening and a criminal background check.
