No experience is necessary, just a willingness to learn and possession of a truck or van, basic tools, and ladders. We pay weekly and per job every Friday. Average pay is $150-300+ per job which takes between 2-4 hours

What You'll Do

Install signs by following strict instructions and by complying with the work order.

Window World installers carefully remove old windows and doors from the home and replace them with new exterior remodeling products according to company standards and guidelines. Installers will pick up pre-sold product from Window Worlds warehouse and transport to customers homes for installation. This includes working with scheduling and the shop to understand what labor hours are needed for each job, when the job will need to be installed, and coordinating the people, tooling and equipment needed for each job. The Lead installer will physically install the products as well, and will assist in the general shop areas/production when no installs are scheduled.
Ideal candidates will have experience building specialty wood and laminate products and enjoy working on unique projects. Prepare and install aircraft interior items in accordance with company operation procedures and quality standards.

Comply with safety, 5S, and housekeeping policies and use personal protective equipment as required. Address unsafe conditions before putting people or property at risk.
Assist technicians, under supervision, with aircraft maintenance requirements.
Adapt to sudden schedule changes.

Work with lead and higher skilled technicians to develop and implement process improvements that reduce cost, cycle time, and man-hours using Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement techniques. .
Make and use simple patterns for own use employing standardized procedures. .

As an insulation installer, you will focus on installing insulation (fiberglass or rock wool batts) for exterior walls and ceilings. Your day-to-day "office" won't always look the same! However, you can count on the process to provide some consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
Loading and logging materials onto a truck
Erect scaffolding or ladders to the height needed
Cut the insulation materials to size and install them in frames, ceilings, attics, or crawlspaces
