This position is also responsible for reporting and escalating any related issues about the job, crew or customer to the Lead Foreman, Driver Foreman, Supervisor, Project Manager or Account Manager. Typically obtains daily site work role assignments from the Lead Foreman, Driver Foreman, Supervisor or Project Manager, however, has a dotted line to the Dispatcher or Operations Supervisor and directly reports to the Operations Manager.

Account Assignments:
Checks for start time (for next day's work schedule) with dispatch daily.
Arrives at Corovan dispatch office (or on-site), in complete uniform every day.

Installs systems walls, splines and componentry, handles, and stages product, performs detail work and trash-out functions on install projects.

Must be punctual at all times. If an emergency arises, inform the supervisor and warehouse manager immediately, so that appropriate coverage can be arranged.

Account Assignments:
· Checks for start time (for next day's work schedule) with dispatch daily.
· Arrives at Corovan dispatch office (or on-site), in complete uniform every day.
· Obtains daily work assignments from dispatch or operations manager.
· Installs systems walls and splines, handles, and stages product, performs detail work and trash-out functions on install projects.
· Sets, offsets, pushes, pulls, lifts, carries, and moves furniture, equipment and boxes as required.
· Properly loads and unloads trucks from loading dock, using ramps or on lift-gates to protect goods being moved.
Customer Relations:
· Maintain excellent customer service with the customers, transportation, warehouse, sales, and operation teams to establish solid relationships.
· Must be punctual at all times. If an emergency arises, inform the supervisor and warehouse manager immediately, so that appropriate coverage can be arranged.
· Must work cooperatively with members of the crew.
· Must be courteous, helpful, and professional to all existing and potential customers both internal and external.

Collect payment after job completion and consistently aim to deliver 5-star customer reviews by providing polite, professional service.
Must be physically capable of daily field work, including lifting and maneuvering equipment.
Requirements
Minimum of 2+ years of residential plumbing service experience is required.
Strong understanding of residential plumbing systems, including the complexities of older homes, and the ability to complete installations to code.
Must be a reliable self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
Required to utilize company-provided technology (iPad and iPhone).
Experience with Service Titan software is highly preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication is a plus.

The base compensation for this position is expected to range between $32.00 - $45.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
