The Accounts Payable Specialist is primarily responsible for collecting, processing, and maintaining all accounts payable records for all company markets. This position is also responsible for processing invoices and researching accounts payable issues that arise. What You'll Do * Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices in accordance with established policies and procedures. * Research vendor statements when necessary and contact vendors to resolve discrepancies. * Process uploads and wire entries for large volume vendors. * Oversee workflows to ensure timely processing of invoices, working with department heads/market teams. * Act as a liaison between corporate accounting and various vendors, markets and associates. * Maintain records for all accounts payable transactions. * Perform other duties as assigned. Job Summary The Revenue Accountant actively engages with the local markets and internal teams to ensure that transactions regarding resident ledgers are reflected accurately and in a timely manner. This team member has primary responsibility for managing and reviewing payments and charges posted to resident ledgers.
