As a LSS Engineer working with our teams, you'll use your skills and experience to help our clients, by providing code-compliant asset protection and fire life safety mitigation solutions. As a Data Center Estimating Professional and part of our Advanced Manufacturing team, you'll serve as a leader and technical expert in estimating primarily emphasizing in Data Centers. You'll also be a key member of our team for various types of clients including industrial, chemical, pulp & paper, general manufacturing, electric vehicles and pharmaceutical facilities. You'll develop and execute the strategy and plan for estimating activities that support the overall proposal strategy for project requirements. You'll also foster working relationships with project team members to coordinate deliverables to estimating and provide guidance on project deliverables. We'll tap into your expertise to review and contribute to the interpretation of the request for proposal or project contract and help identify risk areas and participate in mitigation planning. Ideally, You'll Also Have: * Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, project management or related technical field. * Professional experience within the markets of either EV/Batteries or Specialty Chemicals * Proficient in quantitative risk analysis using software including @Risk and Monte Carlo. * Experience with Aspen CCE or other parametric tools. * Active membership in AACE, PMI, or similar association. Your role will be working with our team of Revit Technicians, Designers, Engineers and Architects designing and drafting drawings for various facility design projects applying diversified knowledge of Revit and Autocad software and practices to prepare construction drawings for MEP systems. * At least 7 years of experience using Revit and Autocad for buildings-related designs * BS Degree reduces this requirement by 1-2 years * Proficient in creating and updating templates and project set-up in Revit * Familiar with working with central files and local files * Be able to manage work-sets, control visibility, and be familiar in using various parameters in Revit families and schedules * Good written and verbal skills Ideally You'll Also Have: * Strong skills with Revit 2017 & 2018, BIM360, Autodesk, BIM 360 GLUE and Navisworks * US Citizen Jacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
