Since 1977, Janitronics has provided commercial office, lab, and GMP cleaning for our client partners in Massachusetts and beyond.
Thanks to their support and generous sponsorships, over $55 million has been raised since 1997 benefiting the hospital’s areas of greatest need and making a life-changing impact on the lives of the countless children and families they serve.
Luis Nova joined Janitronics in 2006 and has spent most of his time working directly with key accounts in a suburban portfolio.
Johanna joined Janitronics in 2013 and has several key positions with the organization – Operations Coordinator at the Prudential Center, Life Science Support Services at Biogen and served in other roles as well.
Tim Cullinan joined Janitronics as a Director of Client Services in 2015 and continues to build a strong presence within our client network.
Scott Smarse joined our client services team in 2016 and has done an outstanding job supporting our Operations Team with multiple client portfolios.
Janitronics Building Services is happy to welcome two outstanding new buildings to our growing portfolio, 100 Federal Street, Boston, MA and Bay Colony Coprporate Center, Waltham, MA. Both buildings started on January 1, 2018.
Congratulations to all the nominees and winners of the 2018 BOMA Boston TOBY Awards especially our Client Partners Colby Fillippelli, JLL, Facility Manager of the Year and Corporate Building of the Year as well as Julia Arsenault, Boston Properties, Property Manager of the Year High Rise.
He has been a part of the Janitronics team since July 2019, starting out as a Day Porter, ensuring that facilities work in neat, clean, and safe conditions.
