Position Overview
JLL is seeking a Licensed Stationary Engineer to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all systems equipment within an industrial facility, with primary focus on boiler operations, HVAC systems, and critical building infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform preventive maintenance on base building and critical system equipment
* Operate and maintain Cleaver Brooks natural gas-fired boilers and steam systems
* Monitor refrigeration, chilled water, HVAC, and emergency generator equipment

Job Summary
The Director, Healthcare Facility Compliance will serve as a JLL Healthcare consulting expert, delivering specialized compliance and accreditation support services to hospital and healthcare clients nationwide. Essential Duties/Functions

* Provide expert consulting services to healthcare organizations navigating Joint Commission, CMS, DNV, HFAP, and state regulatory requirements, delivering customized solutions and remediation strategies.

What this job involves
The Electrician will oversee the daily operation of the campus electrical power and lighting systems. Under general supervision, install, operate, maintain, alter, troubleshoot and repair electrical power and lighting distribution systems along with a wide variety of industrial electrical equipment. This position requires a high level of technical expertise with a variety of building infrastructure. The individual in this role must be available for on-call work. Off-hours shifts, evening, night and weekend work may be required.

You'll possess the hands-on skills and knowledge to complete required repairs and maintenance on commercial HVAC systems including chillers, cooling towers, pumps, motors, air handlers, and automation/controls systems that reflect JLL's commitment to operational excellence and peak facility performance.
What your day-to-day will look like:
• Perform preventive maintenance and repair service work on HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and various other building systems
• Maintain properties in peak operational condition while adhering to all codes, laws, and regulations
• Complete required repairs and maintenance on commercial HVAC systems including chillers, cooling towers, pumps, motors, and air handlers
• Work with automation/controls systems and associated electrical and pneumatic systems using industry standard tools
• Recognize, assess, and mitigate or eliminate risk while understanding and using proper PPE for associated tasks
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of safe work practices for energized work, working at heights, and confined spaces
• Provide customer and personal services including customer needs assessment and meeting quality standards

Required Qualifications:
• GED or equivalent education
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification
• 7 years HVAC experience with comparable work experience
• Ability to effectively use computers and computer programs including Microsoft Office Suite
• Skill in internet navigation and web-based application usage
• Ability to use handheld electronic devices (PDA, Blackberry, cell phone)
• Knowledge of English language structure including meaning, spelling, composition rules, and grammar
• Knowledge of customer service principles including needs assessment and quality standards evaluation
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and perform bending, sitting, kneeling, squatting, standing, reaching, and laying for extended periods
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions including heat, sunlight, rain, cold, daylight, and nighttime hours
