Key Responsibilities Content Development Write, edit, and proofread copy for marketing campaigns, brochures, social media, email, and web content. Create patient-facing materials that educate, engage, and build trust. Develop copy for provider recruitment campaigns, internal communications, and community outreach initiatives. Translate clinical information into accessible, reader-friendly language. Brand Voice & Messaging Maintain a consistent, approachable, and compassionate brand voice. Ensure all content aligns with EPIC Health's mission, values, and style guidelines. Partner with the design team to create cohesive, visually and verbally aligned campaigns. Collaboration & Strategy Work closely with the Marketing and Community Relations teams to brainstorm creative campaign ideas. Support event promotions with engaging messaging (flyers, press releases, social content). Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging for strategic initiatives and new service launches. Quality & Performance Proofread all materials for grammar, accuracy, and tone. Optimize copy for SEO and digital performance where applicable. Track and measure campaign effectiveness through KPIs (engagement, conversions, etc.). Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or related field. 2+ years of professional writing experience (healthcare, nonprofit, or agency experience a plus). Skills Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with impeccable attention to detail. Ability to adapt tone for different audiences (patients, providers, community leaders). Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing trends. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Organized and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
