Window Genie of North CT covers territory throughout Springfield, Longmeadow, East Longmeadow, Wilbraham down to Manchester and Vernon CT.
Specific Responsibilities:



Provide window cleaning, window tinting, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, chandelier cleaning and holiday lighting services Speak with customers about add-on services when identified Ensure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of cleaning supplies on the vehicle Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition Complete invoices and follow work orders as required Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
Job Requirements:



No experience necessary but prior experience in any of our service categories is a plus Physical ability to lift ladders Willing and able to work up to 32′ on a ladder Excellent communication skills Professional appearance and personality

SOUND AND LIGHT TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES:


Ensure the smooth running of the A/V Centre and to attend all show setups, sound checks, show calls and meetings, unless otherwise requested to ensure that both the Broadcast and Stage Management Departments are supported.

Set up and operate A/V equipment for assigned shows and programming; maintain programming logs, as required; assist with the maintenance of all broadcast equipment.

Adjust the fidelity, brightness and contrast of video transmissions, using video control consoles.

Align antennas with dishes to ensure the clearest signal for transmission; monitor the reliability and adjust the clarity and strength of signals; switch input/output sources, as necessary.

Assist with IT to ensure that all live TV signals are up-to-date and that the Owner s Suite and Private Dining Room Tech are working properly; participate in special events by assisting with sound needs.


SOUND AND LIGHT TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES:


Maintain cleanliness and order in all video areas, in accordance with all Public Health and Safety Policies and Procedures; send Voyage Reports of any technical issues found in onboard venues and/or other areas that require attention, to the Cruise Director.

Support A/V Technician from other ships, when they reach out for support.

Proven experience in live sound support is required.

It would be an advantage to have experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and the following key equipment and software: AJA KiPro, Wowza Server, FileZilla, Cisco, Leightronix, Oppo Player, Christie Projector, Dolby Controller, Satellite Antenna Control Unit, AMX Control, BGM System, IPTV, Monit.

Must have experience working with Apple Macs, as well as Apple Final Cut Pro and Compressor.

Ability to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States Ability to satisfactorily pass a pre-employment drug test. This includes testing for Marijuana and other controlled substances. We are a Drug-Free Workplace

• You may meet customers to ensure we’re meeting their expectations on the job that day.
• You’ll end your day back at the Shine office to recap the day.
