About the Role
As an Assembler at RiteScreen, you'll be a vital part of our production process, using hand tools and pneumatic equipment to construct metal screen frames based on customer specifications. What You'll Do
Assembly & Tool Operation
Use hand tools and pneumatic equipment, such as staking machines, to construct screen frames to specifications and customer requirements.
Periodically inspect completed products to ensure they meet quality and consistency standards.
Maintain a steady flow of materials and products between production stages.
Quality Assurance
Monitor the production process for inconsistencies and report concerns to your supervisor promptly.
Identify and resolve minor production issues and escalate more significant problems as needed.
Maintenance
Keep tools, equipment, and workstations in good working order to support smooth operations.
Alert materials handlers when supplies or replacements are required to minimize downtime.
Safety and Collaboration
Adhere to all RiteScreen safety protocols, including PPE guidelines, and participate in ongoing safety training.
Follow 5S principles daily to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
Collaborate with your teammates, cross-train in other areas, and communicate effectively to enhance productivity and versatility.
What We're Looking For

Paramont Mfg LLC is currently hiring full-time Trimming and Bonding associates to join our production team. These safety sensitive positions represent the 2nd and 3rd steps in our manufacturing process, following the initial molding stage.
Employees in these roles must be able to stand and lift up to 75 lbs. throughout the duration of their shift while working in a manufacturing environment that may not be suitable for individuals sensitive to loud noises, strong smells, or cleaning materials.
These are entry-level positions, and all associates will complete a 2-week paid training program on 1st shift. After training, employees will transition to their assigned schedule. All required personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided by the company, and employees receive full training on proper usage to ensure safety and compliance. No prior experience is required-only a willingness to learn. We will train you to work the Paramont way.
Position Responsibilities Include
Trimming:
Play a key role in shaping our products by inspecting molded parts, removing excess material, and ensuring each piece meets quality standards. This hands-on position involves using tools such as routers, drills, and sharp blades to deliver precise, finished components ready for the next stage.
Bonding:
Bring strength and structure to our products by bonding (gluing) and assembling molded parts. This position requires working with adhesives, cleaning materials, and common shop tools such as routers, drills, and sharp blades to ensure each part is secure, durable, and production-ready.

The Line Operator is responsible for the quality of the product run and adjusts and documents operating conditions to produce the highest attainable quality of pipe in a safe and efficient manner.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Knows and understands the quality and material requirements for all products being produced
Monitors operating parameters of product and extrusion equipment to confirm that product materials and quality requirements are being met
Starts production lines and makes necessary adjustments to process conditions and to extrusion equipment including the extruder, die, water, and vacuum tank
Monitors cooling system (both vacuum and spray) to ensure proper operation, which includes, but is not limited to, water levels within the vacuum tank, proper flow and spray pattern in spray tanks, and water temperature.
Maintains accurate documentation of all product dimensions on production reports and accurately tracks “Lost Production Hours” including the reasons for lost time
Ensures all unused tooling is returned to the tool room
Coordinates required tooling changes with other operators that have responsibilities on the line
Ensures pipe is marked with proper print line as specified in the quality manual
