V. POSITION SPECIFICATION
A. Education and Experience
* High school diploma or GED required.
* 2-3 years industry-related experience or 3-5 years experience in a mechanical environment
B. Knowledge Required
* Basic math and reading skills
* Operation of basic shop tools & equipment (drill press, saws, lathes, testing equipment)
* Basic PC and MS Office, Google Apps and Trend/TWL competency.
