Job Summary:
Liberty Tire Recycling has an immediate opening for a General Laborer/Production Workers. This is a manual labor position. Working in the Plant assisting with machine operation, granulation, and cleanup. Forklift experience is a plus but not mandatory. These positions are Monday-Friday 12 hours shifts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Must be able to lift and load tires of all sizes: personal vehicle, truck and tractor tires.
Show up on time.
Daily contact requires courtesy, discretion and sound judgment.
Assisting with machine operation
May assist in performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment and refer defects or repairs to dispatch, clean equipment.
Perform all duties in conformance to appropriate safety standards.
Other duties will be assigned as necessary by the company, such as truck cleaning and customer service visits to stores, to ensure they have enough work in the slow season.
Skills and Abilities:
Lift up to and including 50 pounds(50+ with assistance) on a routine basis.
Must be physically capable of climbing in a trailer unassisted in a safe manner to reduce injury.
Learn to lace tires in a safe manner to prevent injury and maintain a secure load during transport.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors and the public.
Ability to work independently with general instructions.
Ability to perform heavy manual tasks under varying weather conditions.
Ability to make independent judgments which have a moderate impact on the company.
Education and Experience:
Prior experience in the tire recycling or manufacturing industry is a plus.
Compensation:
$18.00 an hour. Paid bi-weekly.

Job Summary:
The Assembly Operator is responsible for the Assembly of lighting fixtures and fixture components utilizing small hand tools, along with labeling, counting and packaging products according to designated metrics and KPIs.
Responsibilities:
Hold responsibility for basic to complex assembly of lighting fixtures weighing up to 50 pounds.
Proper use of hand tools such as power assisted screwdriver and socket wrench.
Wiping down and inspecting product components. Disassembly of returned units as needed.
Report defective material or products in questionable condition to Supervisor.
Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
Ensure organized, clean and safe warehouse environment in accordance with requirements and training provided.
Verify quantity of components, counting and verification of box amounts.
Trouble shoot and inspection of goods and materials.
Applying UL and daycode labels to finished goods.
Maintain sufficient levels of supplies by ordering through the team Supervisor.
Contribute to completion of year-end inventory audit as needed.
Requirements:
Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
Strong hand/eye coordination and fine motor skills used in performing repeated tasks.
Ability to work independently and with others.
Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time.
Ability to use small hand-held power assisted tools such as screwdriver.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the warehouse and the facility.
The expected compensation is $20.00 - $21.00 per hour. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors allowed by law.

Read and interpret Integra acknowledgements for special requirements that are not noted in the electrical schematics and panel layouts

Measure, cut and terminate power wiring per electrical schematics. Component terminations include but are not limited to:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

JOB DUTIES:
Primary duties of a Production Worker in any position include, but are not limited to:
Following all safety rules and practices, including the lockout/tagout program on each piece of machinery they are qualified to operate
Operating production machinery
Operating touch screen controls to monitor the production process, and interfacing with a computer to enter data into various software platforms (such as work orders or other plant metrics)
Reading factory work orders, product spec sheets, and other documents to learn customer requirements
Consistent quality and count inspection of a product, which includes identifying and segregating nonconforming (reject/scrap) products and materials, and documenting and reporting all quality assurance checks as instructed
Safety operating a forklift to load/unload production lines, to transport and stage materials as needed (pallets, endclosures, PVA), or to assist with shipping as needed
Accurately completing time sheets reports, lists, and other records
Regularly perform scheduled operator preventative maintenance and general housekeeping responsibilities

Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred
