General Summary

Lead team in scheduling and planning manufacturing priorities

Follow defined specifications and reaction paths per written/verbal instruction
Use multiple hand tools to manually process delicate products without damaging components
Oversee and adhere to all applicable ESD protocols in handling products during the manufacturing and inspection processes
Train Assembly Operators on equipment operation and assembly process
Maintain well-organized and audit ready work areas
Work in an ISO class 7 cleanroom environment
