Verify our pasta product is not; under cooked / overcooked / miss shaped / thawed. PROCESSOR * Shapes, stacks, and rolls cheese filled lasagna rolls or sandwiches as they're conveyed to freezer. * Mix and blend powder and granular ingredients for dry mixes. * Mix batches of dough for processing lines. * Assist with daily utensils, equipment, and line sanitation. PACKER * Packers are to ensure the right product is in the right bag and final shipping container. * Sorts, stacks, orientates product to properly fit in finished case. * Fills and weighs frozen pasta pieces to appropriate case or tote weight in accordance with customer requirements. * Ensure all packages are properly coded before packing. * Assist with daily utensils, equipment, and line sanitation. PALLETIZER * Check pallets to ensure they are in good condition for loading product on. * Verify all codes on boxes as complete, accurate, and legible with the line, shift, lot code and product code. * Stack boxes on pallet using correct configuration for the product running. * Obtain powered pallet truck qualification.
