MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Uses pneumatic staplers and nail guns to assemble cabinets and cabinet parts. Operates a variety of automated machines to assemble cabinet parts. Operates a variety of wood cutting machines to prepare cabinet parts. Complies with all safety, quality and productivity guidelines. Communicates safety hazards or quality non-compliance to supervisor. Coordinates with the supervisor for necessary repairs to produce product. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Must be able to safely and proficiently perform job duties as assigned. Performs other manufacturing duties as required. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS: Reports to individual Department Supervisor (Mill, Assembly or Shipping). Works with a variety of peers on a daily basis to complete production tasks.
