Starting Pay: Base pay for this entry level position will start at $22.00/hour. People with significant experience may come in at a higher level. The range for Production Workers is $22.00-$27.90.
Overtime: This position is eligible for Overtime at $33.00/hour.
Commute Pay: All Mill employees receive a $350/month fringe benefit to help with the cost of commuting and transportation. This is the equivalent of another $2.00 per hour for full-time employees.
Healthcare: Stimson pays 80% of the premiums for healthcare coverage for full-time employees, including medical, dental and vision.
401(k): Stimson provides a 100% match on the first 6% of your pay when you contribute to your 401(k)-retirement account.
Profit Sharing: Contributions are deposited annually into your 401(k) account for Profit Sharing, up to 3% of your pay.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible and will receive a discretionary bonus in years when the company and location are profitable.

Responsibilities:
Production Worker is an entry level position. This position feeds every other job family in the Mill and provides the opportunity for employees to decide which career path they may want to pursue. Internal training and apprenticeships will ready you for bigger jobs in the Mill. While learning production you will work in one or several of the following areas:
Β· Pulling lumber off the line
Β· Stacking and packaging lumber for shipment
Β· Sticker setting
Β· Applying bar codes
Β· General clean up of work area and yard
Β· Working in a safe manner at all times
Β· Move quickly, consistently and safely to keep up with the current flow of production.
Qualifications:
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs., stand up to 10 hours a day, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, stoop and bend at waist, and move equipment as needed
Must be comfortable in year around outdoor temperatures, in loud conditions, with airborne particles (sawdust), and working around moving mechanical equipment.
Team player and highly self-motivated individual.

Able and willing to learn new positions in a short period of time.
Possess good communication skills and work well in a team setting.

As a Cannabis Processor, you'll be a key part of transforming freshly harvested flower into premium products enjoyed by customers across Washington State.
This is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy hands-on work, have an eye for detail, and want to be part of a collaborative, high-energy environment.
What You'll Do:
βοΈ Process & Trim: Carefully trim, sort, and prepare cannabis flower for packaging or extraction with precision and consistency.
π¦ Package & Label: Accurately weigh, package, and label cannabis products in compliance with all state regulations and company standards.
β Ensure Quality: Inspect product for quality, consistency, and appearance to meet company expectations.
π§Ύ Stay Compliant: Record and track all product information accurately using METRC (seed-to-sale software).
π§Ό Maintain Cleanliness: Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with sanitation and safety requirements.
π€ Collaborate: Work efficiently with your team to achieve daily production goals and maintain a positive workplace culture.
What We're Looking For:
Must be 21 years or older and able to pass a background check (as required by state law).
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks.
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Basic math and recordkeeping skills.
Prior cannabis, agricultural, or production experience is a plus - but not required!
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Manual dexterity for trimming and handling small plant material.
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
Comfortable working around strong aromas and variable temperatures.
