• Load and unload parts from the conveyor line while using proper methods and
inspecting the quality of the paint finish
• Perform titration measurements on wash tanks
• Prepare conveyor and parts for hanging and paint applications

Key Responsibilities:
Load and unload metal components and assemblies onto paint line racks using appropriate rigging techniques.
Inspect parts prior to painting for cleanliness and proper preparation (de-burring, masking, etc.).
Attach appropriate hanging devices or hooks and ensure even spacing and balance of parts for optimal coating.
Unload and inspect finished parts post-paint for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards.
Assist with basic prep work, including cleaning, wiping down, or masking parts as required.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hoists to move heavy or awkward components safely.
Maintain accurate part counts and documentation for inventory and production reporting.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and in compliance with safety and 5S standards.
Communicate with paint line operators, supervisors, and team members to maintain flow and identify issues.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
1+ year experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred.
Basic understanding of paint line or powder coating operations is a plus.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
Comfortable working in hot or loud environments with PPE.
Certified or willing to be certified to operate forklifts and overhead cranes.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

GENERAL
The primary responsibility of the Truck Driver is drive to places of business and other locations to load and transport electronic material back to the warehouse for further processing. The Truck Driver will interact with business customers while out on location and work to ensure excellent customer service is provided. The Truck Driver will report directly to the Assistant Manager and occasionally directly to the General Manger.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Other:
Six months related work experience performing truck driving and/or material distribution in an industrial setting preferred.
Sufficient math skills as measured by Agency normed tests to perform duties involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, decimals, simple fractions, calculation of percentages, weigh counting and linear measurement.
Reading skills sufficient to follow and/or complete written instructions, behavioral programs, memos, purchase orders, and shippers.
Interpersonal skills sufficient to communicate with customers, staff, participants and the public.
Driving record must meet safe driving standards as established by Agency insurance carrier.
Valid Michigan driver's license: chauffeurs license required.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Pickup electronic material from business customers.
Consolidate and transport electronic material from various parts of buildings to staging area (i.e. dock or parking lot) using pallets, gaylords, flat-bed carts and other methods.
Stack, consolidate and package electronic material for loading onto truck.
Utilize liftgate to load electronic material onto the truck.
Drive 26ft box truck in order to transport materials.
Load and unload delivery trucks using pallet jack, power jack and forklift.
Check incoming and outgoing materials against shippers to verify quantity and quality. Count, weigh, and record quantity of raw, in process, or finished materials.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Environmental conditions:
Moderate noise (i.e., business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic).
Ability to work in a confined area.
Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period.
Physical requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard, reach, stoop, kneel to install computer equipment.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
Work involves lifting, pulling, pushing and transporting work materials with weights up to 70 pounds between above shoulder and ground level.
