Continuous reaching, stooping, bending, twisting to reach and position materials. * Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory, focusing on timeliness and accuracy. * Referring to production orders, locating materials and supplies, accurately pulling inventory from assigned bin locations to support pick/pack operations numerous times per workday. * Maintains an awareness of schedules and deadlines, adapts to changing work priorities throughout the shift. * Ability to operate a forklift in tight spaces to retrieve stored items and stack empty pallets. * Perform weigh counts for WIP returns to inventory. * Maintain warehouse and material handling equipment in a clean and safe condition. This includes pre-use inspection and identifying safety risks, removing empty crates and boxes, packing materials, and other debris from warehouse floor. Keeps shelves, pallet area neat, complying with procedures, rules and regulations. * Consistently uses strength, dexterity, flexibility balance and good body mechanics when performing essential functions. Follows appropriate safety policies and procedures of RDI as well as community and regulatory instruction. * Reports all broken and malfunctioning equipment immediately. * Maintains a good record of attendance and punctuality as defined by RDI's policy. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's). Assist with maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
