Description:
Responsible for operating a lift truck, transporter, receiving and delivering raw materials, finished goods, supplies and ingredients to and from production lines and storage area.
Job Responsibilities:
·Records kept as required on manual, computer, and other systems.
Scanning accuracy to/from Distribution.
·Relieves other personnel as needed.
·Reports and/or corrects unsafe acts or conditions in a timely manner.
·Performs other duties as assigned by Team Leader.
·Must be PIV Certifiable.
·Ability to learn and demonstrate proficiency in MES applications.
·Back-up & relief support for Receiving Office, MOTC, Cheese Dock, CSR, Shock Watch duties, Order Pull, KPIP, Line Pulls, Palletizer Operations, Sanitation duties for DC positions to support 7-day operation as required by DC Leadership.
·Need to be capable of performing all hourly DC positions, including but not limited to upgrade positions.
Accountable for the Safety, Health and Environmental systems and operational standards to ensure compliance as it is outlined in our policies/procedures and processes.
Understand and apply KHMS (Kraft Heinz Management System) practices such as 5S, centerline management, shift hand-offs, operational standard ownership/support, problem solving, etc.
Minimum Requirements:
·Knowledge: Basic math, reading, and communication.
·Working Environment: Primarily indoor; in a cooler where temperature is near 36-40 degrees; dock area is cold to hot depending on the season.
Qualifications:
Able to acquire all PIV licenses. 3-Wheel, 4-Wheel, 4-Wheel High, High-Reach Sidewinder, Hand Jack, Walkie Rider, Clamp Truck, Slip-Sheeter; along with additional equipment acquired at our facility meant for Distribution use.
Must be able to accurately perform systems such as Matrics, SAP, MS Office, Vision Pro; along with additional systems which may be acquired for our facility.
Must be certified in material handling (battery changing as needed).
Physical Requirements:
Performs bending, squatting, kneeling, sorting, ascending, and descending. Must be capable of moving up to 50 pounds and/or +50 pounds with help.
Holds and grips object; must possess manual dexterity necessary to operate equipment and disassemble and reassemble equipment.

Role Purpose:
What will you do in this role? Our Forklift Operators are responsible for moving stock from one area to another within our warehouse environment. You'll load and unload shipments of various sizes, and you may use certain types of equipment such as stand-up, sit-down, or clamp forklifts and electric pallet jacks.Our environment is team oriented, fast paced and safety focused. Key Accountabilities:
* Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using various types of forklifts or other power equipment 80% of specified shift.
* Pull and prepare product for shipment ensuring the exact number and types of product is loaded.
* Keep appropriate records and reports for inventory accuracy.
* Comply with all OSHA and MSDS standards.
* Verify load accuracy; check the load count, stability, and product damage, report variances as necessary.
* Change equipment battery or LP tank and monitor power source as necessary.
* Maintain the facility's equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion.
* Assist in physical inventories.
* Complete daily inspection of equipment.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
