Position Summary
The Material Handler is required to perform the daily operations associated with material handling operations. Position Summary
Coordinate off-loading with crafts and quality control for controlled materials. Place materials in proper area according to storage and handling lists to initiate storage. Job Summary
This position is responsible for the activities to ensure proper physical and systematic control and accuracy of inventory into, within, and out of the Mesa operations at both a component and finished goods level. This position is responsible for accurate inventory control, fulfilling of work orders and transfer orders and general warehouse material movement.
Duties/Responsibilities
Work Order Fulfilling:
• Prepare, package, and deliver work orders as requested by Manufacturing leadership
• Fulfill shortages from work orders as material arrives via PO receipt process.
• Load trucks safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment.
• Verify accuracy of orders, quantities, and lot/serial information.
Receiving:
• Perform the below duties as a back-up/cross-trained resource
• Receive inbound materials, verifying accuracy against purchase orders and delivery documentation.
• Inspect incoming materials for damage, discrepancies, and quality requirements; escalate issues as needed.
• Enter receipts and inventory movements into ERP systems with high accuracy.
• Route received items to appropriate departments or storage locations.
Material Handling & General Warehouse Activities:
