Job Summary This position is responsible for the activities to ensure proper physical and systematic control and accuracy of inventory into, within, and out of the Mesa operations at both a component and finished goods level. This position is responsible for accurate inventory control, fulfilling of work orders and transfer orders and general warehouse material movement. Duties/Responsibilities Work Order Fulfilling: • Prepare, package, and deliver work orders as requested by Manufacturing leadership • Fulfill shortages from work orders as material arrives via PO receipt process. • Load trucks safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment. • Verify accuracy of orders, quantities, and lot/serial information. Receiving: • Perform the below duties as a back-up/cross-trained resource • Receive inbound materials, verifying accuracy against purchase orders and delivery documentation. • Inspect incoming materials for damage, discrepancies, and quality requirements; escalate issues as needed. • Enter receipts and inventory movements into ERP systems with high accuracy. • Route received items to appropriate departments or storage locations.
