Job DescriptionDescription: Material Handler is responsible for positioning transport vehicles, loading and unloading materials and maintaining facility equipment, building and grounds in a Safe, Reliable, and Productive manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Understand and adhere to all expectations for performance: Know all policies, procedures, regulations, and requirements of the position. Operate and maintain equipment and facilities: Support equipment, machinery (certification on various equipment is a job requirement). PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB AND CONTRIBUTION TO ORGANIZATION: This position supports production objectives by performing material handling needs to support a production line or shipping and receiving. Luggage Handler/Dockperson Mainland - Seasonal GENERAL STATEMENT OF JOB Under general supervision, welcomes customers at the ferry landing, assists them with their luggage and provides general information. Reports to the Shift Supervisor.
