Loan Officer | Churchill Mortgage
Churchill Mortgage Corporation 3.2
Loan specialist job in Wyoming, MI
You're Not Here to Do What You Did Last Year: You're here to build something bigger-with real support behind you.
The mortgage industry is consolidating. Shops without scale are getting squeezed. The "survive on rate and grind" model is dying. If you're tired of hitting ceilings, doing everything yourself, or working somewhere that treats you like a number, it's time to explore what's possible when you have freedom
and
infrastructure.
At Churchill Mortgage West Michigan, we're building something different: a consultative mortgage experience that brings hope, freedom, and generosity to families. We're the Dave Ramsey-endorsed lender-and we take that seriously. We're not just closing loans. We're helping families make smart decisions that change their financial future.
What We Offer
Real Operations Support Our Ops team takes ownership of the process-not just "supports" it. You focus on originating and building relationships. We handle the rest. No chasing paperwork. No excuses.
Structure Without Micromanagement We run on EOS. Weekly L10s, regular 1x1 coaching with leadership, clear accountability, and a team that actually wants to see you win. You'll have the structure to grow without someone breathing down your neck.
Freedom to Build Your Way Full product suite. Flexible pricing. You control your margin and build your business the way you want-with infrastructure that lets you scale past where you've been stuck.
Ownership, Not Just a Paycheck Our ESOP means every team member owns a piece of Churchill. You're not just trading time for money-you're building equity in something that's growing.
A Culture That's Actually Real Have Fun. Good Vibes. Do The Right Thing. Take Ownership. Always Growing. Servant Hearted. These aren't posters on a wall. They're how we operate. Weekly rhythms, coaching, collaboration, and a community of people pushing each other to get better.
Who Thrives Here: You're producing $7-10M+ but know you could do more with the right support. Or you're 3-5 years in, hungry, and ready for mentorship that actually moves the needle.
You'd be a fit if you:
Have a growth mindset-you're building, not coasting
Generate your own business and want leverage to scale it
Have the heart of a teacher-you educate clients, not just sell
Value coaching, collaboration, and accountability
Build through relationships, not just transactions
Requirements:
Active NMLS license
2+ years of self-generated origination experience
Knowledge of loan programs and structuring
Coachable and hungry to grow
What You'll Actually Do
Serve families with consultative guidance-helping them understand options and make confident decisions
Build referral relationships with realtors, financial advisors, and other partners
Manage your pipeline while Ops handles the heavy lifting
Participate in weekly L10s, 1x1 coaching, and team collaboration
Grow your production with systems designed to help you break through
Benefits
Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, FSA
Life, Disability, Accident, Cancer, Critical Illness
401(k)
ESOP - Employee ownership. You build equity as the company grows.
The Real Question: The reasons you're reading this don't get better by waiting another year. Another year at your ceiling. Another year without equity. Another year hoping things change where you are. We're not here to convince you to leave something good. But if you're already wondering whether there's something better-let's have a conversation.
