Supervise the parking and storage of community vehicles Maintain all registrations and inspections according to State and local laws. Perform vehicle cleaning duties to include exterior and interior surfaces, vacuuming, and waxing as necessary. Fuel vehicle at authorized fueling stations. Maintain a fuel level of tank or more at all times. Monitor parking lot to assure safe entry into vehicle. use of handicapped spaces are to be monitored for proper usage. Perform all tasks as Activities aide as assigned by Activities Director. Other Duties: Ensure that all Sacred Heart Senior Living policies, PCH Chapter 2600 Regulations, State and local regulations are adhered to at all times. Knowledgeable in the use of assistive devices of each resident Must be able to instruct staff members on proper techniques for safe operation of vehicle and it features. Check working condition of hand-free cellular phone. Train all drivers in the proper use of the wheelchair 'secure in place' system and occupant restraint systems, including power lifts on all vehicles.
