Requirements Guest Services Attendant (Part- Time/Events Only) Responsibilities for Gold Shirts (GSA) Assist marketing staff with special event set up, execution, and event closure Greet guests and answer any questions they have regarding event Provide special assistance to guests with needs such as individuals with wheelchairs or other disabilities Provide excellent customer service throughout the duration of assigned tasks Offer assistance to supporting departments Other duties as assigned Qualifications for Gold Shirts (GSA) 1-3 years of experience working in a customer service-based industry Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor Personal organization and accountability are required to ensure a positive experience for visitors Knowledgeable about the property Ability to work well in a group and be proactive about the needs of guests Able to work various shifts, weekends, possibly holidays and late nights Reliability and promptness in arriving for scheduled shifts LAD RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES TO THIS JOB DESCRIPTION WHENEVER NECESSARY.
