What You'll Do Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's high-quality and safety standards, including cleaning hubs and wheels for corrosion Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Perform other duties as assigned by your manager What We're Looking For Minimum Qualifications: 18 years old Valid driver's license Attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Customer-first mindset Preferred Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED * Previous experience in tire services or automotive repair Physical Requirements: * Ability to stand for long periods, bend and lift up to 75 pounds Work Environment This position is based within a tire and automotive service retail store. Varying work hours, Monday through Saturday, with possible overtime. Fast-paced workshop setting with physical demands, including extended standing and heavy lifting.
