What You Will Do
Ability to Operate different types of computerized numerical controls to manufacture a finished machined product by performing a wide range of machining operations.
Reading and interpreting complex blueprints and technical drawings to accurately manufacture parts with minimum direction while maintaining tight tolerances.
Inspect own work for correct dimensions and ensure quality and quantity standards are maintained with complete documentation.
Able to use measuring tools such as indicators, micrometers, calipers and portable CMM's for setups and verification of part dimensions.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Fabricate Natural Stone, Solid surface, Quartz, Dekton and Laminate
Add and subtract accurately
Measure and cut within 1/32 tolerance
Work to proper safety standards
Use hand tools, Grinders, Saws Routers, Sanders
Attach and install top mount and undermount sinks
Drill holes for fixtures as needed
Load/unload slabs of stone and finished countertops with proper safety equipment
Operate overhead crane, manzelli crane, forklift
Qualifications
Physical Requirements:
Ability to handle heavy materials - lifting, carrying, pulling, and pushing 100+ pounds
Must be able to stand for 8+ hours a day
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in fabricating countertops or experience using similar tools, measuring, and cutting accurately preferred
CNC or machining experience preferred
CNC operating experience preferred
CNC programming experience preferred
CAD experience preferred
Must be a team player with the ability to focus on client fulfillment
Self-directed worker capable of staying on task with minimal supervision
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills
