Perform routine equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting to ensure optimal machine performance. Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments to maintain workflow and meet deadlines. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following established safety protocols. Schedule & Overtime: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:45pm Expected overtime: approximately 10 hours weekly Typical Saturday overtime: 4-5 hours Requirements: Previous experience operating manual machining equipment required; CNC experience preferred but not mandatory. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Proficient with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.). Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to safety and quality standards. Ability to stand, bend, and lift materials throughout the shift. Manual dexterity and ability to work with small components and precision equipment.
