The Grade 3 Machinist position is an overtime-eligible, senior craft position that reports to the Machine Shop Management team. The Grade 3 Machinist is responsible for manufacturing parts that meet or exceeds Charm Sciences standards. These standards include a high-level of precision on all piece parts manufactured within the machine shop. Grade 3 Machinist is an A/R Class A Machinist. The pay range for this position is $27.50 to $41.00 per hour. Compensation will be determined based on education, experience, and other factors in accordance with applicable laws. Essential Functions Set up and operate all manufacturing equipment with minimal supervision. Proto-Trak Millers and Proto-Trak Lathe, Surface Grinder, to fabricate tools, fixtures and Charm Sciences Products. Determine machining operations, tool selections, setups and develop processes and procedures using Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques.
