Position Overview We are hiring 5 CNC Lathe Machinists to join our growing team. This role involves setting up and operating CNC lathes to produce complex, tight-tolerance parts. Candidates should have strong experience with G-code programming and manual adjustments, as well as a deep understanding of machining hard metals. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate Haas CNC lathes for precision machining. Perform manual G-code edits and programming as needed. Interpret blueprints and GD&T requirements to ensure parts meet specifications. Work with challenging materials: Inconel, Monel, Nickel, Titanium, stainless steel, aluminum, and tool steel. Conduct in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, pin gauges, depth gauges, and indicators. Maintain quality standards and adhere to ITAR compliance. Collaborate with team members to optimize setups and improve processes.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Required Skills & Experience Experience: 5+ years setting up and operating CNC lathes (Haas preferred). 3 years of experience considered for strong candidates. · Performs machine set-ups, adjusting speeds, feeds, and depth of cut, to machined parts to specifications set forth in blueprints, drawings, engineering orders, etc.
· Checks machined parts for conformance to prescribed tolerances .
· Make edits to CNC programming at machine controls if needed.
· Must understand GD&T

Position Objective:
The Machinist is responsible for fabricating precision components used in life-saving medical devices. Working from technical drawings and CAD models, the machinist develops CNC code using MasterCam to machine moderately complex parts. Responsibilities:

Job Summary
Are you a skilled CNC Machinist who thrives on challenging setups and tight tolerances? This role goes beyond button-pushing - we need someone confident in setting up, dialing in, and producing complex, one-off, and low-volume parts with high precision.
Responsibilities
Must be a subject matter expert in the following functions/activities (perform correctly and without assistance):
Able to Run Manual and CNC Machines at an expert Level.
Perform full setups on CNC mills and/or lathes from print or model - including indicating vises, fixtures, and part zeros.
Interpret complex blueprints, GD&T, and 3D models to execute machining strategies.
Adjust feeds, speeds, tooling, and offsets to optimize quality and efficiency.
Troubleshoot issues related to tooling, setup, and part accuracy independently.
Ensure in-process inspection and first article inspection compliance.
Collaborate with engineers and programmers to refine setups and improve processes.
What You Bring:
5+ years of CNC machining experience, with a strong emphasis on complex setups and first-run parts.
Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, GD&T, and setup sheets.
Strong understanding of machine offsets, tool presetting, and basic G/M code.
Experience with multi-axis machining or live tooling.
Strong understanding of machining processes and techniques.
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
Familiar with the use of precision measuring instruments like micrometers and calipers.
Solid understanding of lean manufacturing
At least 5 years of relevant experience in machining manufacturing.

We are seeking qualified candidates available to work the following days and times:
Day Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Night Shift: Monday - Friday 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set up, maintain and operate 3, 4 and 5 axis lathes and/or mills.
Operate mills and/or lathes to produce production parts and prototype parts with minimal supervision.
Review work orders to obtain part specifications.
Responsible for setting up tooling and fixtures independently.
Perform periodic inspections to ensure parts are within required tolerances.
Knowledgeable and able to operate either Haas or DMG Mori controls.
Able to edit programs under supervision to correct dimensional issues that may arise during initial set-up.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or GED; three to seven years related work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Three to seven years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
At least 3 years of CNC experience
CRITICAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Requires reading, writing and basic to intermediate math skills.
Able to read and understand blueprints and schematics.
Able to work under tight production deadlines.
Ability to read and effectively use basic tools such as calipers and micrometers.

* Takes measurements of material and selects appropriate machines for the process.
* Performs machining setups and adjusts as required.

* Checks SPC charts for frequency of checks, gauging and measurements.
* Keeps records and maintains quality/safety standards.

Qualifications You Must Have:
* Typically a HS diploma with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required.
