Inspect parts during production using inspection sheets and precision gauging to ensure compliance with quality standards and make machine adjustments to optimize output. Maintain organized tools, gauges, and accessories in the drawers, shelves and working area. Support supply of raw material as needed for upcoming production needs. Communicate with supervisor or programmer about adjustments in work-sequence and/or nonconforming dimensions if necessary. Maintain a clean and organized work area, perform routine maintenance of the machine and work area and communicate repair needs with the supervisor. Requirements: Qualifications & Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent required. A technical certification or associate degree in machining or a related field advantageous. 5 years of experience with CNC turning and milling required or a combination of education and experience, previous mill turn experience preferred.
