FSA is looking for a Part-Time Marketing Communications Assistant to work 16 hours per week. These hours should be worked during traditional business days of M-F and hours of 8-5, with flexibility as to how those hours are met. This position is currently hybrid with hours spent working remotely and in our Blue Bell, PA office.
The Marketing Communications Assistant will support FSA's efforts aimed at maintaining ongoing communication with members, attracting new clients, and meeting goals for organizational growth.
The successful candidate for this position will be proficient at managing our integrated client database and digital communications, including email, external website and members-only intranet and resource library. Employee should be a self-motivated, detail-oriented, dependable team player who is open to feedback.
Job Duties Include:
* Website updating and tracking, including page and form creation, event registrations, job postings and creation of members-only resources.
* Database management, maintenance and reporting, including troubleshooting with database.
* Assistance in the creation of, tracking and reporting on marketing outreach efforts, specifically email campaigns, website, members-only intranet and resources.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years relevant experience.
* Working knowledge of MS Office and experience working with a database. (Experience with Neon, Drupal, Discourse, Canva or Adobe CS/CC a plus.)
* Web editing and email marketing experience and knowledge of best practices.
* Creativity, flexibility and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with varied timelines.
* Ability to work independently and solve problems.
