The Client Service Leader will play a critical role in supporting and delivering Leadership's vision and strategy for best-in-class client service. This position will serve as a key advisor to clients; providing direct leadership, guidance, and support to client teams. What you need to have: * Extensive and proven experience in captive management or similar roles. * Ability to project manage and lead colleagues. * Ability to understand and interpret insurance accounting financial statements. * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. * Comfortable speaking with clients and board members. * Strong work ethic with emphasis on responsiveness. Draft and deliver due diligence reports and oversee new and renewal risk management programs.
