Tammy Allison is a VP Community Relations, COO Mary Rutan Foundation at Mary Rutan Hospital. She has worked as Assistant VP at Ohio Bank. Tammy attended Benjamin Logan High School until 1982.

Steven Brown is a Chief Financial Officer at Mary Rutan Hospital and is based in Bellefontaine, Ohio. Amy Keller, M.S., R.D., L.D. is a registered dietitian with 17 years of experience in clinical dietetics. She is currently employed full-time at Mary Rutan Hospital, where she has been the chief clinical dietitian for 15 years.

She is a preceptor for dietetic interns from Bowling Green State University, Bluffton University, and Rutgers University. She is the past chair of the Dietitians in Gluten Intolerance Disorders practice group for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She is the chair-elect of the Medical Nutrition Practice Group. She founded and currently leads the Logan County Celiac Support group.

She is a speaker and author, primarily on the topics of Celiac disease and the gluten-free diet. She has presented three nationally broadcast webinars on behalf of the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness (NFCA). She recently developed and presented a webinar for the Military Families Learning Network. She was also the featured dietitian presenter in a gluten-free shopping video produced by NFCA. She has presented at the Nationwide Children’s Hospital Celiac Conference for the past five years, as well as events in Columbus, Cincinnati, Anaheim, and Nashville.

She is a frequent contributor to Gluten Free Living Magazine and serves on the magazine's dietetic advisory board. She recently published an article in Diabetes Spectrum and was a co-author of two recent European Journal of Clinical Nutrition articles on Allergen Advisory Statements. She also writes for Beyond Celiac, Gannett Healthcare Education, Nutrition411.com, and glutenfreedietitian.com.

She is also a wellness trainer through ComPsych and has been an instructor on various topics related to health and wellness.

Amy holds a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from West Virginia Wesleyan College, and a master’s degree from Ball State University. She has also completed additional training in Celiac disease at the University of Chicago.

Chad Ross is a Chief Operating Officer at Mary Rutan Hospital and is based in Bellefontaine, Ohio. He has worked as Director at Logan County Chamber of Commerce, Director at Logan County Landmark Preservation Inc, and Director at Indian Lake Chamber Of Commerce. Chad studied at Vanderbilt University Law School between 1993 and 1996 and Miami University between 1989 and 1993.
