As an Independent Contractor for the NRH Centre, the following areas of professionalism are expected: * Independently book clients while providing excellent customer service through prompt replies; starting/ending sessions on time. * Manage your own client files in accordance with State Law, maintaining privacy and a thorough initial intake session by listening carefully to each client's needs, symptoms and desires in order to provide the best massage for that client each time which will, in turn, build client base and retention. * May provide guidance on stretching and stress-relief at home. * Do not diagnose, treat or prescribe any conditions per State Law. * Maintain clean and professional space for clients and other therapists. * Communicate with other therapists at time of booking to avoid double-booking the room. * Maintain personal health, hygiene with clients and be dedicated to using correct body mechanics for your own health and wellness. * Provide sheets/towels and laundry of each, oils, lotions, music, maintain client files. * The final step of the interview process is a Practical.
