What You'll Do: Deliver physical therapy services as outlined in the plan of care developed by the supervising Physical Therapist. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with agency policy and regulatory requirements. Assist with educating patients and caregivers on exercises and mobility techniques. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
