Under limited supervision, the Backup Forklift Operator is responsible for supporting plant operations by performing a range of physically demanding manual tasks that require the operation of a forklift and adherence to safety and sanitation standards. This position rotates among receiving, onion hoppers, breading hopper room, and the freezer areas, ensuring production flows smoothly and efficiently.
