Unload and inspect finished parts post-paint for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards. Assist with basic prep work, including cleaning, wiping down, or masking parts as required. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hoists to move heavy or awkward components safely. Maintain accurate part counts and documentation for inventory and production reporting. Keep work areas clean, organized, and in compliance with safety and 5S standards. Communicate with paint line operators, supervisors, and team members to maintain flow and identify issues. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. 1+ year experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred. Basic understanding of paint line or powder coating operations is a plus. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods. Comfortable working in hot or loud environments with PPE. Certified or willing to be certified to operate forklifts and overhead cranes. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
