RESPONSIBILITIES:
PARTS IDENTIFICATION & INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
Understand the requirement to identify parts using the proper identification methods and equipment indicated by the traveler and/or blueprint preferred.
Review traveler or other appropriate documents to determine if the instructions are appropriate. Recommend identification method changes as appropriate.
Maintain accurate serialized records.
Maintain effective control of shelf-life/cure dated items.
Maintain the equipment and supplies necessary to accomplish assigned responsibilities.
SHIPPING
Prepare parts and/or materials to assure safe handling for shipment including the completion of the necessary paperwork and shipping records.
Prepare packaging per specifications for shipment including computer input for necessary labels, forms and shipping records.
Interpret shipping instruction as referenced on company documents or customer, government specifications or standards related to preservation and packing.
Prepare stencils and mark shipments in a legible manner.
Prepare air bills, bills of lading and sales order forms for the carrier and company records.
Contact carriers for dispatching shipments, establishing rates or tracing follow‐up information. If required, establish preferred carrier or method of transportation for the most economical and expeditious manner of delivery.
Coordinate the shipping schedule to insure customer commitments are met.
Plan for future shipments and order materials needed to make shipping containers. Prepare forms and reports.
RECEIVING
Receive shipments at receiving dock and forward materials to the appropriate team.
Weigh or count incoming/outbound parts or materials.
Perform data input to update system records and verify all documents for completeness and accuracy. If required, resolve receiving issues and/or identify concerns preventing proper receiving function to take place and coordinate between departments and monitor outside vendor commitments.
Support receiving of Electronic Test Equipment parts at DPPA (Designated Parts Pickup Area) for Electronics Lab and processing/notifying appropriate owner of the assets.
STOCKROOM
Receive material, check/inspect and identify parts by type or part number.
Prepare parts for storage and place stock in proper location as directed.
Select parts from stock to fill orders according to parts/pick lists.
Perform cycle inventory count.
Maintain, update and access necessary records utilizing appropriate computer systems. If applicable, execute inventory control systems to add requisition, release requisition, edit, fill shortage and delete requisition.
Prioritize workload as needed and perform basic maintenance and care of stockroom equipment.
Place order for stockroom supplies and shipping boxes.
Keep stockroom in clean and working order - establish 5-S cycle as appropriate and maintain work area in a neat and orderly condition.
Create visual identification/labels to maintain effective traceability and stock control. Maintain effective control of shelf-life/cure dated items.
Maintain effective control of stockroom as bonded room, limit access as appropriate.
Observe all safety rules and regulations.

Responsibilities include:
+ Responsible for collecting hazardous waste and (R&D) lab waste.
+ Segregate and process hazardous waste according to hazard class.
+ Bulk various types of solvents for flammable liquid & non-RCRA liquid drums.
+ Lab pack hazardous waste.
+ Perform hazardous waste pick-ups, on-site transportation, waste sampling, waste classification, waste packaging, manifesting, and tracking of waste containers from cradle-to-grave.
+ Provide support and guidance to hazardous waste generators regarding proper labeling, storage, and management of hazardous waste.
+ Coordinate pick up of hazardous waste and mixed waste within three (3) business days of receipt of a fully completed Form A and safely transport hazardous waste on-site back to the less than 90-day accumulation area.
+ Perform hazardous waste sampling activities and prepare paperwork and samples for shipment.
+ Properly segregate and store hazardous waste by hazard class and compatibility.
+ Coordinate provision of all containers needed for the storage and disposal of hazardous waste to all hazardous waste generators.
+ Classify and package hazardous waste and prepare for shipment and disposal offsite.
+ Prepare a properly executed Uniform Hazardous Waste manifest.
+ Maintain records related to hazardous waste disposal, including analytical results, waste profiles, manifests, and land ban forms.
+ Pickup and transport unused, unopened chemicals to the Central Chemical Storage Facility for storage for future use by the owner and maintain accurate inventory of chemicals.
+ Conduct and document weekly compliance inspections of the hazardous waste storage facilities.
+ Perform initial inspections for Satellite Accumulation Area Determinations.
+ Prepare monthly Hazardous Waste generator activity reports including generator name, waste location, organization code, waste storage date, item identification number, waste name and description, and weight.
+ Maintain 40-hour HAZWOPER certification and applicable US DOT Certification.
+ Provide support and participate in internal environmental regulatory compliance audits, annual self-assessments, and other audits and inspections.
+ Provide support for the company recycling and sustainability programs
Key Qualifications Level 1:
+ High School diploma or equivalent and no experience
+ US Citizenship is required

+ Hold current DOD clearance or ability to apply for and obtain one.

Requirements:

Warehouse Loader - NA: Loads, unloads, and moves materials within or near plant, yard, or work site by performing the following duties.
Loads and unloads materials onto or from trucks, pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand, forklift, hand truck and/or electric pallet jack, as appropriate.
Reads work order or follows oral instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved.
Loads materials into vehicles to prevent shifting or damage in transit.
Conveys materials from storage sites to designated loading area.
Counts and records number of units of materials moved or handled, breakage and spoilage on appropriate sheets.
Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases and other containers.
Stacks or assembles materials into bundles and wraps bundles together.
Performs housekeeping and grounds maintenance warehouse and sales center offices.
Wears Company provided uniform and safety equipment.
Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.

Brief Position Overview
As a Warehouse Laborer at Great Basin Industrial, you will play a vital role in supporting our construction projects by providing manual labor and assistance in maintaining a productive warehouse environment. You will work under the guidance of the Warehouse Manager and collaborate with a dedicated team.
Primary Duties
Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts (training provided).
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
Assist in inventory control by checking in and tagging new shipments.
Follow all safety guidelines and practices to ensure a safe work environment.
Perform physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying materials.
Complete paperwork and documentation related to shipments and inventory management.
