What You'll Do
* Unload and receive inbound furniture orders which will require manually moving large, heavy goods.
* Must be comfortable repeatedly lifting up to 75 pounds unassisted and maneuvering product 150+ pounds unassisted or via team lift.
* Use scan technology to document pertinent carton level information, including condition, quantity, and warehouse location of material.
* Proactively monitor order management systems to ensure that all orders have been received properly and that detailed descriptions are provided for any Overage/Shortage/Damage issues.
* Perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory is accurate and up to date.
* Pick deliveries from inventory and stage them by truck and stop number.
* Provide direct input into the existing user tools and make recommendations for improvements based on your everyday experience.
* Be a vocal contributor on the team.
* Work effectively with peers and managers.
* Identify the most efficient way to complete assigned tasks and asks clarifying questions when appropriate.
* Able to read and comprehend English to ensure your safety and the safety of those working around you.

What You'll Need
* Minimum 6 months of cherry picker experience required. Must be comfortable with heights (40ft)

JOB OVERVIEW:
This position may work in a variety of locations within the warehouse and will be responsible for picking orders, shipping products, putting away product and checking orders for accuracy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Production: 90%
* Performs assigned production operations with care and efficiency maintaining production levels (KPIs) required documentation, service recommendations. This may include one or more of the following: picking products, rotation and stocking of product/parts, packaging product; and/or shipping product all per department requirements.
* Accurately maintains all required documentation including individual production records; and verifies all documentation as it pertains to product/parts to ensure accuracy. May be required to enter data into an ERP system.
* Reports errors in product selection/labeling, product location or quality to appropriate team member or area and/or ensures that orders are corrected as necessary before shipment.

The Beer Picker position requires an associate to meet hourly performance goals using an assigned ipod that instructs the associate to go to an assigned location to scan and build pallets according to customer's needs, using power equipment. The Beer Picker appropriately handles all materials following company policies and procedures. Associates should be flexible to perform other functions such as inventory control, shipping & receiving, and returns.
Qualifications
Must be18 years or older
Six months of warehouse experience in a similar position strongly preferred
Six months of experience operating an electric pallet jack required
Experience in operating a cherry picker, forklift, and other power equipment preferred
Responsibilities
Maintain hourly performance goals
Receive daily assigned ipods with preloaded customer orders
Scan and verify the quantity, size, and product type using the Company's technology
Transport completed customer beer orders to the quality control area for accuracy verification
Ensure all loads are properly stacked, secured, and stable
Stage confirmed pallets and verify pallets that failed the Quality Control audit
Replenish products within a location using the Company's Technology and power equipment
Perform and submit a daily power equipment checklist to the appropriate manager
Report in writing any safety or mechanical problems with the power equipment

Job Purpose:
